Business ChallengeDue to regional reorganization and growth, COMCAST needed to unite and energize the retail sales group during quarterly sales meetings. To reflect Comcast’s dynamic business model, management was searching for an “out of the box” and entertaining sales training program offering improv team building ideas that foster creativity, strategic selling, and partnerships.
Value ProvidedStageCoach Improv researched the retail sales group and worked closely with Comcast to create a customized interactive sales training and improv team building program, which was a fusion of sales, improv, theatre, presentation, and relationship building skills. As a result, the regional sales group and managers were able to connect, learn, and laugh while enhancing their sales skills and their ability to empower and manage their retail channel relationships.
