Business ChallengeVerizon Wireless was going through a corporate-wide sales ops reorganization and exploring corporate improv training and improv team building programs with communication, sales, and conflict resolution as areas of focus to cultivate teamwork skills, effective communication, and foster unity for their sales ops and business sales associates (BSA).
Value ProvidedStageCoach Improv is grateful for our on-going "Playtime Partnership" with Verizon Wireless. Our custom "Communication Playtime Programs" deliver improv team building, communication, conflict management, sales, leadership, and teamwork skills training for Verizon Wireless' sales ops and business sales associates.
Verizon Wireless and StageCoach Improv collaborate creatively on scenarios/scenes that are scripted and performed by StageCoach Improv actors to showcase key learning principles through humor for their team building improv training and "communication playtime".
The Communication Playtime Programs are interactive sessions that incorporate acting and improv exercises, team building improv games, and communication and leadership principles and philosophies that help entertain, energize, and educate their sales ops and BSA teams. Team members engage one another in a silly and fun "day of play" to build stronger and effective teamwork, relationships, and networks.
