StageCoach Improv customized a playtime program to build relationships through listening, empathy though story, and trust through various improv business scenarios and teamwork humor -- embracing change through experiential learning and laughing!Thanks very much StageCoach Improv for starting us off on the right track! After our CEO spoke about our strategic plan and how AvMed is “reinventing” itself and what he sees for the future, I was able to bring the group back to remembering how we heard stories during our improv program and practiced making them our own. This is the same thing -- listen to CEO’s vision, then make it your own as you go out and talk to brokers and prospects. So it worked!
