Boston Law Collaborative was seeking an alternative training workshop David Hoffman works with StageCoach Improv to teach mediatorsto cultivate teambuilding through improv and teach mediators how to better maintain focus and emotional awareness during the mediation process and increase the probability of a positive outcome.

Value Provided

StageCoach delivered an interactive, on your-feet workshop where mediators participated in theatre warm-ups and improvisational exercises. The participants came way with a better understanding how status operates, how to better listen, and be more fully present within their mediation session.
