MBA Improv Party
StageCoach Improv just made our last birthday party one of the most memorable we'll ever have! Stephen Chan and I are both dual-degree graduate students at Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School and we have birthdays very close to each other. We wanted to throw an improv party for our fellow classmates, who were a fun and incredibly busy group of MBA and MPA grad students. We stumbled upon Stagecoach Improv during our search to find the right improv company to bring to campus, and we certainly feel lucky that we found these guys! StageCoach Improv worked carefully with us to design just the right party-one that met multiple objectives. We were looking to create an opportunity for a large group of folks to come together, to laugh, to challenge themselves, to learn some improv techniques, and to walk away having had a memorable and fun experience. Nearly 50 people came to the party and Stagecoach Improv immediately engaged the entire group with improv exercises. The comedy was in good taste, the activities were highly interactive, and people were having such a good time that people who said they could only stay for a few minutes ended up spending the entire hour and half with us! If StageCoach Improv can pull 50 grad students away from their busy weekend plans and keep them engaged for an entire improv program, I'd say that they can do anything! Several of the MBA students mentioned they'd definitely consider bringing StageCoach Improv into their workplace and believe they have a lot to offer in the way of improv team building exercises and communication skills training. In short, these guys are great. We highly recommend them!
