IBM Enterprise Leadership Consulting was reviewing various leadership development training programs that incorporate improv and acting principles with corporate skills coaching for their "Social Business" Executive team training initiative at the IBM Learning Center to cultivate relationships, team building, creative collaboration, and confidence and trust in communication.

On behalf of the IBM, I would like to take the opportunity to thank you and Sheryl for leading our Executive team in some fun and exciting "play time". We received positive feedback on the experience, but even more impactful, we observed the team actively applying the lessons learned throughout the remainder of the week. The concept of building-on (YES, AND) was actively used throughout the discussion and became a best practice by the end of the week. In addition, as facilitators, we leveraged the concept of "listening" and "summarizing back" in our design.
