To enable work place productivity and foster unity through team building games among John Snow Inc.'s (JSI) health care consultants and project managers from various locations around the country at their off-site retreat.

Value Provided

StageCoach Improv met with retreat organizers and designed 90-minutes of improv and team building games incorporating JSI's unique company dynamic and retreat focus of productive collaboration, team building through improv, and creativity. StageCoach Improv delivered a series of on-your-feet improv theatre games and exercises which opened-up participants to one another through taking risks, sharing, and building trust…laughing with each other throughout the entire improv training session.
