The New Law Center was looking for "out of the box" mediation and improv team building training to teach mediators to be better listeners, be more creative, think quickly on their feet, and to never feel stuck.

StageCoach Improv customized an interactive, on your-feet mediation training workshop where mediators participated in theatre warm-ups and improvisational exercises. Participants were taught how to listen with all five senses, to be fully present, think creatively, and free their imaginations through various improv and acting exercises.

StageCoach Improv uniquely connects the skills inherent in improv comedy with those required of professionals in dispute resolution.
