7th Annual Summer Garden Party
Opportunity
The Rogerson House was in the market for corporate comedy in the form of an imposter and guest speaker to entertain and foster improv teambuilding for their 7th Annual Summer Garden Party.
Value Provided
StageCoach Improv researched the Rogerson House and their partners to better understand the world of assisted living and day programs for seniors. In the spirit of team building, a fictitious company Working Wild was created through a collaborative effort with Rogerson House. The corporate imposter and guest speaker was the CEO of Working Wild, Rob Niro, whose company specializes in "Building Tame Teams". The program described involved the use of an actual live wolf assigned to a group of seniors to evoke emotion, stimulate the mind, and foster primal unity through heightened levels of fear and focus -- "Naming, Taming, and Shaming!" Also present was a second corporate imposter, Jackie Spears, VP of the Sea Turtle Division in the UK for Working Wild. The corporate imposters engaged the garden party guests to raise the humor and energy of the event. When the CEO, Rob Niro, presented the final details of the Working Wild partnership program, laughter erupted once the cat, or in this case wolf, was out of the bag and the imposter scenario was revealed.
We are still laughing! Our guests are still laughing! You guys were awesome to work with! You were supportive of our vision and made the process fun. Thanks StageCoach Improv or should I say, Working Wild!
