Teen Voices, an intensive journalism mentoring and leadership development program for teen girls in Boston, was looking for an improv for leaders program to cultivate creative collaboration, storytelling, and emotional intelligence. A program with improvisation, team building, and fast thinking -- simply a fun afternoon that they will enjoy and learn!
Value Provided
Teen Voices partnered with the corporate improv training professionals at StageCoach Improv for their leadership training experience where reflection is an essential part of the facilitators' debrief process. The teen girls learn about the communication debrief process of playback, summarize, and empathize to build on lessons learned while sandwiching the positives with areas of improvement.
Improv for Leaders is a practice in listening and creativity through the power of play, story telling, and improv for business training. StageCoach Improv's emotional intelligence playtime framework enables the teen girls to be fully present in the moment while letting go of control, judgement, and ego.
